I wish to confirm for the Deputy that my Department does not operate any public helplines for citizens engaging with my Department. My Department's officials engage with citizens through email and direct phone contact as required. There is also a dedicated customer service mailbox which facilitates the routing of queries to the relevant officials for direct response.
