To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to provide an update on the case of a child (details supplied) who, having been referred via the public health nurse over a year ago for an assessment to Blackberry Park children's disability network team, Limerick, has yet to receive an appointment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
