In accordance with the correspondence issued to the Deputy on 20^th June this year, I wish to confirm that the timber forecast produced by Coillte up to the year 2040 was shared with my Department and has been published in the COFORD “All Ireland Roundwood Production Forecast 2021-2040”. Coillte volume can be interpreted in the report. The Coillte forecast data focuses on conifer softwood production only as Coillte does not forecast hardwood production.
