To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of charges and convictions under Part 4 of the Purchase of Sexual Services of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017 since the Act was commenced until 1 June 2024, broken down by year, in tabular form; if she is satisfied the law is achieving the aims as set out as the purpose of this provision when it was being enacted; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
