To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if consideration was given by the Institute of Public Administration to sell its buildings on Lansdowne Road and move to high end commercial offices or to decentralising outside of Dublin or moving to any other area; if his Department has been assured that public procurement rules have been adhered to; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the IPA Board and Management regularly review the accommodation needs of the IPA by reference to its role and mission, keeps my Department briefed on its deliberations and consults with my Department as and when appropriate. Any proposal to my Department from the IPA would be considered with regard to the relevant framework for assessing value for money.
