To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to detail what is envisaged at page 38 of the HSE National Service Plan 2024, where it states “a foetal alcohol project will be undertaken using a multi-care health sector approach (primary care, mental health services etc.)"; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
