To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he will clarify the official policy regarding reimbursement for private assessment of need by the HSE with regard to families; the details of any recorded instances of reimbursement to families for private assessment of need despite the stated policy; the criteria and process by which it is determined if individuals are to be eligible for reimbursement; the number of private assessments that have been reimbursed in each of the past five years, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, in tabular form.
