To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the reason staged payments via SHIP and SALF are possible for local authorities and approved housing bodies (AHBs) to make staged payments for social housing delivery, while such staged payments are not available to local authorities and AHBs/cooperatives under the affordable housing fund for the delivery of affordable purchase homes.
