To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment further to Parliamentary Question No. 35 of 20 June 2024, if it has been brought to his attention that a universal mobile coverage proposal for rural Ireland was made in the terms described; whether the recipients included his Department; if he could give an outline of the proposal; whether it is being progressed, and if not, the reasons for not doing so; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
