To ask the Minister for Health the reason a parent with two children (details supplied) and others with type 1 diabetes who are on Medtronic sensors must now replace the sensor at their own expense in the event of failure due to technical difficulties, problems with insertion, or accidently being knocked off the body due to a cutback in monthly supply; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
