The Youthreach Programme aims to provide early school leavers with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to participate fully in society and progress to further education, training and employment.

In Dublin, the Youthreach programme is administered by two Education and Training Boards (ETBs): Dublin Dun Laoghaire and City of Dublin. There are currently 19 Youthreach Centres and 13 Community Training Centres (CTCs) offering the Youthreach programme in Dublin. These centres play a crucial role in providing educational opportunities and support for early school leavers.

In May 2024, enrolment activity in the Youthreach and CTC centres in Dublin region is as follows:

Youthreach CTC
CDETB 559 424
DDLETB 300 196
Total 859 620
