To ask the Minister for Health when employees of a section 39 company (details supplied) which tendered for homecare work will receive an increase in their standard hourly rate of payment which also takes into account auto enrolment, increases in sick pay, licencing costs, insurance costs and inflation, having regard to a recent Workplace Relations Commission decision on this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
