117. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment under the low-emissions slurry spreading scheme will issue to a person (details supplied) given that their payment claim was submitted several months ago and the delay is causing undue financial hardship; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named received approval to proceed with an investment under the Low Emission Slurry Spreading Scheme (LESS), which is a measure under TAMS 3. A claim for payment was submitted on 25th March 2024.

My Department has commenced the processing of all payment claims submitted under TAMS 3, and it is anticipated that payments will issue later this month where there are no issues with the claim.
