I can confirm that my Department has had no contracts with BAM construction and subsidiaries and companies under the BAM group. The buildings occupied by my Department are either owned or leased on our behalf by the Office of Public Works and the engagement of contractors to carry out any works is the responsibility of the Office of Public Works.
