I can confirm that I received a proposal for a new Employment Regulation Order (ERO) for the Security Sector from the Labour Court on the 4th June 2024. This will now be given due and timely consideration. If I am satisfied that all legal requirements have been met, I will make an ERO giving effect to the proposal.
