I am aware, following legal advice that the promotional scheme in question is not in breach of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Sale and Supply of Alcohol Products) Regulations 2020 and further Regulations are being developed under Section 23 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act to address same.
