863.To ask the Minister for Health if he will investigate the delay in providing an MRI scan to an individual (details supplied) who is suffering from severe pulmonary lung disease and heart disease and is waiting four years for the required MRI scan and over one year for an echogram on his heart, especially considering his condition is such that he is required to have an oxygen machine attached to him if he leaves his home; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
