854.To ask the Minister for Health to provide an update on the HSE’s savings target of €80 million on agency staff through the conversion of this staff to HSE employees, as outlined in the HSE Service Plan 2024; if a derogation from the HSE recruitment freeze will be sanctioned to progress this conversion of staff; if discussions with his Department have commenced; the status of these discussions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
