844.To ask the Minister for Health the reason there is still no consultant neurologist at Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise, despite one being promised since 2020, causing neurology patients to endure 60-112km journeys to access neurology services; and if the current recruitment embargo in force in the HSE will prevent that appointment being made in the near future.
