191. To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when he plans to publish the next report on the Shannon Estuary Economic Taskforce. [23846/24]

The Government committed to examining the recommendations of the independent Shannon Estuary Economic Taskforce in detail upon the publication of its Final Report in July 2023. An initial update report, published on 21 December 2023, outlined the good progress that has been made towards implementing many of the Taskforce’s recommendations, while highlighting that several proposed actions remain subject to detailed consideration across Government in recognition of their complexity and long-term focus.

My Department coordinates the Government response to the Taskforce’s action plan and my officials continue to engage across Government and State Agencies on this with the intention to publish a second implementation update by July of this year.
