To ask the Minister for Health the criteria for determining the level of accessibility and usability of any doctor's offices for disabled persons, who have attended for appointments having ticked the ‘special assistance needed’ box only to find that essential equipment, hoists and so on are not available at the doctor's offices, resulting in lost time and cost to the person concerned and to the practice.
