Any alleged breaches of the EIA (Agriculture) Regulations (SI 456 of 2011, as amended) that are brought to my Department's attention are investigated.

Following investigation a prohibition notice was issued in this case. Subsequently the farmer submitted an Ecological Impact Assessment, which is being reviewed by my Department. Once the review is completed, the farmer will be informed of the outcome. No further work can take place on this site while the prohibition notice remains in place.
