To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment to provide clarity on the extent to which his Department has implemented a moratorium on additional data centres in the Dublin region; if the west of Ireland is included in this moratorium; to extent to which his Department has placed a moratorium on new data centres; the conditions or criteria his Department is utilising to evaluate data centre proposals during this moratorium; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
