To ask the Minister for Health the extent to which the health authorities continue to and have identified any or all weaknesses in the delivery of all health services throughout the country in terms of the availability of GPs, adequate hospital consultants, research facilities, and the establishment of a good practice code at all accident and emergency departments throughout the country; the extent to which any shortcomings have been identified and a resolution proposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
