To ask the Minister for Education and Skills in relation to his forthcoming new Student Accommodation Strategy, if is he proposing the use of public private partnerships for the delivery of student accommodation by the technological universities; given the past criticism of PPPs from a value for money perspective, if his Department conducted a risk analysis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
