To ask the Minister for Health his plans to introduce a GP-led model of care for transgender people, based on informed consent; his views on the current practice by the National Gender Service which advises GPs not to administer blood tests to transgender patients who are self-medicating; his plans to reduce the waiting list for assessment at the National Gender Service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
