To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will consider introducing new scheme of letting priorities which would allow councils to prioritise housing applications from those who are in employment but whose employment would not be sufficient to qualify for affordable homes or council mortgages, thereby ensuring that we are not inadvertently incentivising people to give up work to qualify for housing.
