To ask the Minister for Health the extent to which he and his Department have identified blockages in the delivery of health services, with particular reference to addressing such issues in any way possible in order to ensure a seamless access to health services including A&Es, GPs and all public health services without restriction; if he will outline the actions already taken in this regard and any further action planned in the future in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
