To ask the Minister for Health given that an estimated up to 5% of children and young people in Ireland are impacted by foetal alcohol spectrum disorder, the dedicated supports that are currently available to children and families, and the plans by child and family services to address the needs of children on the foetal alcohol spectrum (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
