To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the quantity of textile waste produced in Ireland annually in each of the years 2020 to 2022, and to date in 2023; the quantity that is recycled in Ireland as part of a circular economy; the amount that is exported internationally; which countries does Ireland export this material to; the volume of same in each of the years 2020 to 2022, and to date in 2023, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
