To ask the Minister for Health if, further to the Government commitment to develop an action plan to combat loneliness in the programme for Government, the Roadmap for Social Inclusion and the Healthy Ireland Strategic Plan, he will identify the unit in his Department that has responsibility for developing this plan; when the plan will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
