To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person in County Cavan (details supplied) has been refused the medical card in view of their serious diagnosis and the very negative impact that the lack of a medical card is having on this person; can this decision be looked at in view of the circumstances of this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
