To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the reasons the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland is no longer providing grants for the replacement of heat pumps; to specify what financial supports or grant funding can be obtained by persons whose existing heat pump systems are beyond economic repair and who have been informed by engineers that it is more cost-effective to replace than repair;; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
