73. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of driving tests that did not go ahead as scheduled to date in 2023; the day of the week each test was scheduled, and the reasoning given for each; and the reasoning given for each by test centre, in tabular form. [42919/23]

Under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Testing Service. This includes holding information on tests at each test centre. As such, I have referred the Deputy's question to the RSA for direct reply on the specific issue raised. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
