To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will consider extending the vacant property refurbishment grant to incorporate recently occupied homes, where the homes are old and in urgent need of refurbishment, especially in the case where it is affecting the health of the people occupying the house, and in the case where young children are involved and their health is being impacted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
