I would like to thank the deputy for his question and for bringing the attached proposal to my attention. While my Department has received similar concepts in correspondence over recent months, I have not received this particular proposal from this group previously.

Given the technical nature, safety and navigational implications of the content I have forwarded the proposal to the relevant agencies AirNav Ireland, Irish Aviation Authority and daa for their views.
