Driver licensing is handled by the National Driver Licence Service (NDLS), the provision of which I have delegated to the Road Safety Authority (RSA) under the relevant legislation.

I have been informed that the NDLS facilitates cash payments through Payzone where vouchers can be purchased with cash from over 3,500 outlets in towns and villages nationwide, including post offices.
