545. To ask the Minister for Health the data being collected on the effects of the marketing of zero-alcohol products with the same branding, logos and colours as their parent alcoholic counterparts; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41146/23]

My current priority is the commencement of the remaining provisions of our Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018, in particular the Broadcast Watershed and the Content of Advertisements provision which requires regulations which must be assessed at EU level. My Department continually monitors the evidence base on the impacts of advertising on alcohol consumption.
