The Department of Children; Equality; Disability; Integration and Youth conduct procurement in accordance with the Office of Government Procurement's public procurement guidelines for goods and services for below threshold tenders and in accordance with EU directive 2014/24/EU for above threshold tenders. In addition, the department comply with Circular 05/2023: Initiatives to assist SMEs in public procurement which is designed to further enable SMEs in competing for public contracts.
