To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will clarify whether the tenant-in-situ scheme includes properties in which tenants are considered 'overaccommodated' (details supplied); if not, if he will provide details of the number of properties that local authorities have refused to purchase on this basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
