To ask the Minister for Health to outline with respect and reference to the TAPS payments which issued to private nursing homes throughout Covid, whether any public nursing homes received such payments under a similar scheme; if so, the name of the scheme; if governance and oversight were measured, similar to that of the audit undertaken on the TAPS scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
