To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if the waiver for new Irish Water connections for new builds is also being extended to cover the charges for new builds connecting to group water schemes, which are not linked to Irish Water; if he would consider doing so to alleviate the cost of building on those affected; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
