To ask the Minister for Health if he will publish the minutes of the management committees or equivalent decision-making bodies concerned with the commissioning and implementation of reviews of the relevant hospital functions, to include emergency department, estates or engineering department and paediatrics, for Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, Beaumont Hospital Dublin, Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, and Tallaght University Hospital for the years 2005 to 2010, inclusive; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
