To ask the Minister for Health if the accident and emergency department in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda has been closed to new patients at any point over the past two years; if so, when it was closed; the length of time it was closed for; the reasons; and if his Department has received forms or letters of complaint from patients due to these closures.
