To ask the Minister for Health to confirm that tender 2023 for home care workers will take effect from June 2023 as it has been delayed since 2022, resulting in tender 2018 still operating, and that the new tender will include the living wage as the new minimum for home care workers, payment for travel time, uniform remuneration for mileage, continuity of income for homecare workers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
