To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 757 of 18 April 2023, which to date remains unanswered, the reason for this; if he will confirm whether a person who owns a derelict house and who wishes to avail of the vacant property refurbishment grant, and as a result of the structure being damaged beyond repair, demolishes the house, is eligible to apply for the vacant property refurbishment grant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
