To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will provide any independent peer-reviewed scientific and/or industry-based evidence as to how the installation of a fine bubble-diffused aeration system can increase a waste-water treatment plants' physical PE load capacity by more than 20% (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. Uisce Éireann has statutory responsibility for all aspects of water services planning, delivery and operation at national, regional and local levels and as Minister I have no function in relation to this matter, under section 7 of the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013.
