To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of applications that were made from counties Cavan and Monaghan to the communities integration fund in each of the years 2020 to 2023, in tabular form; the number of applications in both local authorities that were successful over the same period; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Communities Integration Fund provides small grant funding to local community-based projects to support the integration of migrant and host communities. An annual funding call provides grants up to €5,000 which support local organisations in playing a role in welcoming and integrating migrants into Ireland.
