To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 403 and 404 of 8 February 2023, how certain titles came to be used in two CHOs (details supplied); the means by which these titles were conferred and by whom, given they are not recognised as being currently in use by the HSE's national HR office; if these individuals should refrain from using these titles, given they imply a wider remit or higher level of authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
