To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government regarding the development of two marinas at Nutgrove Marina, Williamstown, and Whitegate, County Clare, as these marinas appear to be outside the jurisdiction line; and if there is either an encroachment licence or a lease in place with Waterways Ireland.
